Simon Ford is a media services consultant. He was a BBC journalist and broadcaster for 20 years before starting his own business in 2015. Simon lectures in digital media and writes and presents the Psycho Killer series of true-crime podcasts.

Karl Cooper is a media and technology consultant. He was a radio producer and presenter for over 25 years before taking on a leading role in several nationwide transformation programmes for the BBC. He now works with businesses to help them develop and drive podcasts.
